The Sage Group plc. ("Sage") announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2021 (the "Annual Report and Accounts") are now available on Sage's website and can be accessed via www.sage.com/investors.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
