This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Article 19(3) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.

Sage was notified that on 28 September 2023 Walid Abu-Hadba, Chief Product Officer and PDMR, purchased 8,209 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at a price of £9.762 per share. The purchased shares are held in his broker account, which is held jointly with his PCA, Hala Rashid.

On the same date Aaron Harris, Chief Technology Officer and PDMR, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at a price of £9.785 per share.

The resultant shareholding after the transaction for Walid Abu-Hadba is 189,395 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage and for Aaron Harris is 330,466 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage.
