Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.

On 21 May 2020 the persons named below, who are Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) of Sage, were granted awards over ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage under The Sage Group plc 2015 Performance Share Plan (PSP) as shown below (the "Awards"). The maximum number of shares that may be acquired on the vesting of the Awards is specified opposite each participant's name below. No price is payable either on the grant or vesting of the Awards. The Awards will vest, subject to continued employment and performance conditions on 2 December 2022. The Awards are subject to malus (withholding) and recovery (clawback).
