The Sage Group plc. (Sage) announces that the following changes have been made to the membership of its Board committees with effect from 1 March 2023:

·    Annette Court will be appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; and

·    Roisin Donnelly will be appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.

There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
