The Sage Group plc. (Sage) confirms that Sir Donald Brydon will today step down as Chair of the Sage Board and Chair of the Nomination Committee, to be succeeded in both roles by Andrew Duff with effect from 1 October 2021.

This follows our announcements on 27 August 2020 and 18 March 2021, regarding the retirement of Sir Donald Brydon and the appointment of Andrew Duff.

There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
