As previously announced, Blair Crump and Soni Jiandani have stepped down from the Board of The Sage Group plc. ("Sage"), following the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting on 25 February 2020.

Mr Crump has stepped down as an Executive Director but will continue in his role as President until his retirement on 31 March 2020.

Soni Jiandani has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Nomination Committee.
