Saga Pure ASA - share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 13 May 2022 regarding a

decision by the Board of Directors of Saga Pure ASA ASA to increase the share

capital following exercise of share options.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register

of Business Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK 10,000

through issuance of 1,000,000 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.01.

The new share capital is thus NOK 4,798,784.23 divided by 479,878,423 shares,

each with a par value of NOK 0.01.
