Disclosure of large shareholding in Saga Tankers ASA

Gross Management AS and Ricin Invest AS, companies

controlled by Glen Ole Rødland, has today sold

14,246,420 shares at NOK 2.47.

As a result of this transaction, Glen Ole Rødlands

combined holding has dropped below 10%. New

consolidated holding is 14,882,780 shares,

corresponding to 5.19% of the outstanding shares in

Saga Tankers ASA.
