Gross Management AS and Ricin Invest AS, companies

controlled by Glen Ole Rødland, has today sold

1.300.000 shares.

As a result of this transaction, Glen Ole Rødlands

combined holding has dropped below 5%. New

consolidated holding is 12.946.420 shares,

corresponding to 4.51% of the outstanding shares in

Saga Tankers ASA.
