Saga Tankers ASA : APPROVAL OF INFORMATION MEMORANDUM

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 26 February 2015 regarding

a merger between Saga Invest Holding AS and Strata Marine & Offshore AS, with

settlement in shares in Saga Tankers ASA (the "Transaction" and the "Company")

and the detailed stock exchange announcement regarding the Transaction dated 4

March 2015.

An information document relating to the Transaction has been prepared by the

Company and approved by Oslo Børs on 13 April 2015.
