Saga Pure: Financial update

(Oslo, 22 April 2024)

The Board of Directors of Saga Pure ASA (Saga Pure, OSE: SAGA) has today

concluded on an impairment of the Company's investment in Heimdall Power AS in

the amount of MNOK 37.8. The impairment will be included as part of the result

for 2023 in the Annual Report for 2023. The Annual Report will be released

before opening of markets on 23 April 2024, and will contain further information

with regards to the impairment. The impairment will decrease the Group's equity

with MNOK 37,8 compared to numbers as reported in the Company's Q4 2023

Financial Report published on 15 February 2024.
