Saga Pure: Cancellation of extraordinary general meeting

(Oslo, 15 December 2022) Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting

(EGM) in Saga Pure ASA (Saga Pure, OSE: SAGA) 19 December 2022 to consider the

proposed demerger of NOK 500 million in cash to a new investment company focused

on distressed assets.

The Board of Directors has decided to expand Saga Pure's investment mandate to

include distressed assets, and consequently the EGM will be cancelled.  The

Board of Directors may propose a separate listing of a new investment company at

a later stage.
