Notification of Transaction of PDMR

On 29 April 2015, Saga plc (the "Company") granted a conditional share award (the "Award") over 101,932 ordinary shares ("Shares") to Jonathan Hill, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").

The Shares will vest in two equal tranches (each a "Tranche") on 7 April 2016 and 7 April 2017, or as soon thereafter as dealings in Shares are permitted under the Company's dealing code. The Award has been granted in connection with Mr Hill's recruitment and there are no performance conditions attached to the Award. Vesting of the Award will normally be subject to Mr Hill's continued employment with the Company.

On vesting of each Tranche, Mr Hill will be entitled to additional Shares representing the value of reinvested dividends on the Shares that vest under each Tranche.

The Shares to satisfy the Award will be sourced from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust and will not involve a new issue of Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4
