SAGA PLC (THE "COMPANY") - DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING(S)

Pursuant to the notification obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, the Company hereby notifies the following changes in the interests of directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Shares").

Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Company's announcement of the launch of the Capital Raising on 10 September 2020.

Adjustments to options and awards under share schemes

On 2 October 2020, the Company announced that the Open Offer for qualifying shareholders to acquire New Shares in the Company at 12 pence per share had closed on 30 September 2020 in accordance with its terms.

Certain Directors and PDMRs of the Company hold awards of, or options to acquire, Ordinary Shares under certain Company share schemes. Pursuant to the notification obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, the Company wishes to confirm the interests of its directors and PDMRs following the Open Offer and related adjustments to options and awards under its share schemes.
