Safestore Holdings plc (the 'Company') announces that Deferred Bonus Awards have been granted under the Company's Annual Bonus Plan.

Deferred Bonus Awards in respect of 38,148 shares were granted to 2 participants on 7 February 2020.

The awards were granted as a nil cost option, where a participant will normally be entitled to call for the shares subject to their award and receive free shares from 1 November 2021. No consideration was paid for the grant of the award. No price is payable on the exercise of the award.
