Exercise of 2014 Sharesave Options and PDMR Dealings

The Company announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each (Shares) undertaken by the following directors/ persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs).

Following the maturity of the Company's 2014 five-year Sharesave (2014 (5YR) Sharesave) scheme on 1 September 2019, Frederic Vecchioli, Chief Executive Officer and Andy Jones, Chief Financial Officer and directors of the Company/PDMRs, each exercised options over 18,475 Shares, granted at an option price of £1.64 per Share on 3 September 2019.
