Director/PDMR Shareholding
Safestore Holdings plc (the 'Company') announces that awards have been granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan approved by shareholders at the general meeting on 25 July 2017.
Awards in respect of 6,163,000 shares were granted to 53 participants on 29 September 2017. The awards were granted as a nil cost option, where a participant will normally be entitled to exercise their award and receive free shares between the fifth and tenth anniversary of grant, subject to the extent to which performance conditions have been satisfied. No consideration was paid for the grant of the award. No price is payable on the exercise of the award.
The Company has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary 1p shares undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs'). The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
