Completes Acquisition of Athens Hostel

Further to the announcement made on 28 October 2019, Safestay (AIM: SSTY), the owner and operator of an international brand of contemporary hostels, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the 'AthenStyle Hostel' in Athens, for €1.5 million.

Larry Lipman, Chairman of Safestay, said:

"AthenStyle is a stylish and successful hostel, located in the heart of this popular tourist city and so  requires only to be rebranded to be fully integrated into our unique European hostel network."
