Grant of Options

Safestay (AIM: SSTY), the owner and operator of a brand of contemporary hostels, announces that on 31 May 2021 it granted awards of options over a total of 66,400 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's existing share option scheme (the "Options") to six Directors or persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").

The Options are exercisable at a price of 17 pence after a period of one year from the date of grant and were awarded in lieu of a 40% reduction of salary in the month of December, as previously announced on 13 October 2020.
