Safestay (AIM: SSTY), the owner and operator of an international brand of contemporary hostels, has been notified that Larry Lipman, Chairman of the Company, purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 12 March 2020 at a price of 18.8 pence per share.  Following this purchase, Larry Lipman now holds 346,054 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.54% of the Company's issued share capital.
