Safestay (AIM: SSTY), the owner and operator of an international brand of contemporary hostels, has been notified that Larry Lipman, Chairman of the Company, purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 March 2020 at a price of 18.5 pence per share and 50,000 Ordinary Shares on 11 March 2020 at a price of 19.25 pence per share. Following these purchases, Larry Lipman now holds 271,054 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.41% of the Company's issued share capital.
