Senior Management Change

Safestay (AIM: SSTY), the owner and operator of a new brand of contemporary hostel, announces that Mark Beveridge, Finance Director and Company Secretary, has decided to leave the Company with effect from 16 November 2017 to pursue other business interests. The Company has commenced the search for a replacement and will make an announcement in due course.

Chairman of Safestay, Larry Lipman, commented: "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Mark for his contribution to the Company during a period of significant positive change and wish him well in the future."
