Safestay (AIM: SSTY), the owner and operator of a new brand of contemporary hostel, is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting to approve among other things the acquisition of the Edinburgh hostel, as detailed in the Company's admission document dated 17 August 2015, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
