Final Director’s Notice – David Cleland

Please refer to the attaached Appendix 3Z for Mr. Cleland who retired from the Saferoads Holdings Board at the close of Saferoads Holdings Annual General Meeting on 25th November 2020.

Notice of Mr. Cleland’s intention to retire was announced to the market on 13 November 2020 and was also addressed at the AGM held on 25 November.
