ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

SRH Strategic Review Update

A major outcome from our strategic review has been our decision to prepare an informaFon memorandum for the potenFal sale of the Road Safety Rentals business. That memorandum has been sent to a number of significant rental industry businesses and we were expecFng expressions of interest by mid October. We are pleased to advise that we have now received a number of aMracFve proposals in the form of formal Non-Binding IndicaFve Offers. The board will now review those proposals with the assistance of our independent corporate finance advisor which is a process that will include purchaser due diligence and contract finalisaFon. Within the next few months we anFcipate circulaFng a proposal to shareholders for their approval.
