Company Secretary & Chief Financial Officer Resignation and Appointment
Saferoads Holdings Limited (ASX: SRH) ( “Saferoads” or “The Company” ) advises the appointment of Mr. David Ashmore as Company Secretary, following the resignation of Mr. Mark Langham, as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective 19 July 2024. Mr. Ashmore currently serves as non-executive Chairman of Saferoads.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Langham for his contribution to Saferoads as both Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and wish him every success in the future.
