ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Directorship – David Cleland

The directors of Saferoads Holdings Limited ( ASX: SRH ) provide the following update.

After 10 years of service to the Company, David Cleland has decided that he will not be seeking re-election at the Company’s AGM on 25 November 2020. He will remain in office until the conclusion of the AGM.

David was first appointed to the board on 1 December 2010 and his ten year contribution as a director has also included a 5 month period as interim CEO in 2011/12, and as Chairman of our Audit and Risk Committee for the past 7 years.

I have been the Board Chairman for the majority of David’s term in office. l am grateful for his support and his outstanding contribution to the Company, particularly his determination and resolve during the turnaround years. His extensive executive business experience combined with his forthright views during the formulation of critical decisions has in my view assisted us as a Board to make solid and balanced decisions.

Item 4 of our formal AGM agenda will now not be proceeded with.
