Change of Company Secretary
Saferoads Holdings Limited ( ASX: SRH ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Peter Fearns as Company Secretary. Mr. Fearns is the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
The appointment follows the resignation of Ms. Sonia Joksimovic. The Board would like to thank Ms. Joksimovic for her valuable contribution and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
