APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Saferoads Holdings Limited ( ASX: SRH ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Sonia Joksimovic as Company Secretary.

Ms Joksimovic is an experienced Chartered Secretary with over 8 years’ experience across listed small caps, unlisted and private companies, specializing in governance and compliance matters.

The appointment follows the resignation of Ms Elissa Hansen. Elissa and Sonia are colleagues at Boardroom Pty Limited, the Company’s share registry, ensuring a seamless transition of the role.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the valuable contribution of Ms Hansen and wishes her well in her future endeavors.
