RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Saferoads Holdings Limited (ASX: SRH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Kim Clark as Company Secretary. Ms Fleur Guenther has resigned as Company Secretary effective 31 July 2013. Fleur and Kim are colleagues at Boardroom Pty Limited, the Company’s share registry, ensuring a seamless transition of the role.
Kim is an experienced professional whose career has included 21 years in the Banking and Finance industry focusing on Corporate and Institutional lending, and more recently 6 years as the Company Secretary for an ASX 300 company.
