RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Saferoads Holdings Limited (ASX: SRH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Elissa Hansen as Company Secretary. Ms Kim Clark has resigned as Company Secretary effective 10 October 2013. Kim and Elissa are colleagues at Boardroom Pty Limited, the Company’s share registry, ensuring a seamless transition of the role.
Elissa is an experienced Chartered Secretary with over 15 years’ experience, advising management and boards on investor relations, governance, compliance and other corporate issues.
