CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Saferoads Holdings Limited (ASX:SRH) advises the appointment of Ms Fleur Guenther as Company Secretary following the resignation of Mr Bill Cruickshank.

Ms Guenther is a Manager of Corporate Secretarial Services for Boardroom Pty Limited, the company which manages Saferoads’ share registry. Fleur has experience working in top tier professional services firms, advising international and ASX top 300 companies, as well as some of Australia’s fastest growing private companies. Fleur is a Chartered Company Secretary and associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries Australia. She holds a Masters in Applied Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Melbourne, Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.

The change in Company Secretary will be effective immediately.
