Change of Company Secretary

Saferoads Holdings Limited (ASX:SRH) advises the appointment of Ms Sarah Christensen as Company Secretary, effective as of today.

Ms Christensen holds a Bachelor in Economics, a Bachelor in Law, a Masters in Law and a Masters in Business Administration. She has had more than 20 years experience in the financial services and mining industries in legal and commercial executive roles. She is currently a non-executive director and company secretary of Cougar Energy Limited (ASX:CXY). Ms Christensen also lectures on corporate governance issues to post graduate students in law at Monash University.

Ms Christensen replaces Mr Bill Cruickshank who is retiring after being Company Secretary since Saferoads Holdings Limited was incorporated in 2005.
