Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Saferoads Holdings Limited wishes to advise that effective from today its Chief Executive Officer, Mr Wayne Kibbis, has left the Company to pursue other interests.

The Board has commenced a recruitment process for a replacement Chief Executive Officer and looks forward to making an appointment in the New Year.

In the interim, the Board has appointed non-executive director, Mr David Cleland, as acting Chief Executive Officer. Mr Cleland joined the Board of Saferoads in December 2010 and has extensive experience in managing manufacturing and distribution companies. Prior to joining Saferoads Mr Cleland was Managing Director of Davey Water Products Pty Ltd.
