Annual General Meeting

Further to the release of Appendix 4E and the final statutory accounts on Monday of this week, the Directors of Saferoads Holdings Limited (ASX:SRH) advise that the Annual General Meeting will be held on October 25, 2011 at the RACV City Club, 501 Bourke Street, Melbourne. The meeting will commence at 10.30, but the room will be open at 9.45 to allow time for registration

The Notice of AGM will be mailed out to shareholders in September.
