(NYSE: STAR) upon the vesting of an installment of Restricted Stock Units ("Units") pursuant to an award dated February 28, 2019. After deducting 1,755 Shares for applicable tax withholding, the Reporting Person acquired a net amount of 2,055 Shares.

F2: The Reporting Person has been granted 23,885 Shares in connection with an annual incentive award. After deducting 13,209 Shares for applicable tax withholding, the Reporting Person acquired a net amount of 10,677 Shares. The Shares are fully vested and are subject to transfer restrictions which provide that they may not be sold prior to June 30, 2023.
