SAF-HOLLAND: Successful opening of the Parts Distribution Center in Mexico

Luxembourg, May 27, 2013 - SAF-HOLLAND, the leading supplier for the global
truck and trailer industry, has announced the successful opening of its
Parts Distribution Center (PDC) in Mexico, Querétaro City. In addition,
sales offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in Bogotá, Colombia and in Lima,
Peru have also been opened. SAF-HOLLAND is thus moving forward with the
goal of expanding its global distribution and service network in the
Aftermarket business. With the successful opening of the PDC SAF-HOLLAND
continues to strengthen its market position in Central and South America.
Customers benefit from reduced delivery times, an even better availability
of parts and a simplified order process. Just a few weeks after the
official commissioning in March 2013, the PDC with its 1,300 m2 is now
fully in operation and provides clients in the Aftermarket business segment
in Mexico with spare parts and services.

parts for them at all times', says Alexander Geis, Head of the Aftermarket
Business Unit. 'With the opening of the PDC in Mexico and the sales offices

further expanding our market presence in the important growth markets of
Latin America.'

With sales of approximately EUR 860 million in 2012 and more than 3,000
employees, SAF-HOLLAND S.A. is one of the world's leading manufacturers and
suppliers of premium product systems and components primarily for trailers
as well as trucks, buses and recreational vehicles. The product range
encompasses axle and suspension systems for trailers, coupling devices,
kingpins and landing legs. SAF-HOLLAND sells its products on six continents
to Original Equipment Manufacturers ('OEM') in the replacement parts market
and, in the Aftermarket business, to the OEM's Original Equipment Suppliers
('OES'), as well as by means of a global service and distribution network.
SAF-HOLLAND also sells its products to end users and service centers using
this network. SAF-HOLLAND has thus established itself as one of the few
manufacturers in its sector that is internationally positioned with an
extensive product range and a broad service network. SAF-HOLLAND S.A. is
