via shares its direct voting rights on SAF-HOLLAND, Luxembourg, Luxembourg,
ISIN:LU0307018795, WKN: A0MU70, exceeded the 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% limit of
voting rights on March 25th, 2011 and on that day amounted to 23.4%(this
corresponds to 9,651,497 voting rights).
