Solicitation of proxy votes

SAES Getters S.p.A. announces its decision, taken today, to solicit proxy votes, pursuant to Articles 136 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 and 135 et seq. of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999, as amended and supplemented (the "Issuers' Regulation"), with respect to the next Special Meeting of the Saving Shareholders convened, in single call, for next May 31, 2023 and to avail itself of the assistance, as the person in charge of the solicitation and collection of proxies, of Proxitalia S.r.l. – Georgeson Group. The solicitation notice pursuant to Article 136, paragraph 2, of the Issuers' Regulation is available to the public on the website www.saesgetters.com (section Investor Relations / Investors Area / Shareholders' Meeting) and on the authorized storage mechanism ().
