NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE VOTING RIGHTS (Article 85-bis, section 4-bis, of Consob Regulation no. 11971)

SAES Getters S.p.A. hereby announces the total amount of shares and the total amount of the voting rights exercisable starting from today, following the waiver by a shareholder of the double voting rights on no. 796 SAES Getters S.p.A. ordinary shares, pursuant to article 127-quinquies of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 and pursuant to the Company by-Laws.
