SAES Getters S.p.A. hereby announces that became effective the increase of voting rights relating to no. 2,198,713 SAES Getters S.p.A. ordinary shares owned by S.G.G. Holding S.p.A. pursuant to article 127 quinquies of Legislative Decree 58/98 and in application of the by-laws.
