Resignation of Deputy Statutory Auditor

SAES Getters S.p.A. announces that, today, the Board of Directors has acknowledged that - due to professional commitments that have arisen - Mrs Mara Luisa Sartori communicated her resignation with effect from June 1, 2022 from the office of Deputy Statutory Auditor of the Company.

The integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors will take place in accordance with the law and the Corporate By-Laws, at the next Shareholders' Meeting.
