Alsamaani Factory for Metal Industries Company announce that it has received, Tue, May 2/ 2017 public subscription receipts of Value 17,550,000 Saudi Riyals.The net proceeds will be injected into the Company's activities after deducting the expenses of the offering and listing as stated in the Publication prospectus for listing which was done on Feb 26. 2017 In the parallel market Nomu.Where the company's plan to use the proceeds of the offering are as follows:1-Adding new production lines.2-Investment in logistic service activities.With the beginning of the financial impact of these receipts for the addition of new production lines as of the fourth quarter 2017 and the logistics services as of the second quarter 2018.
