Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 20 & 22 of the Companies (Management & Adminstration) Rules, 2014 read with General Circulars No.14/2020 dated Apri08, 2020, 17/2020 datad April 13, e020, 22/2020 dated June 15, 2020, 33/2020 dated September 28, 2020, 39/2020 dated December 31, 2020, 10/2021 dated June 23,2021, 20/2021 dated December O08, 2021 and 03/2022 dated May 05, 2022, 11/2022 dated December 30, 2022 and any other circulars issued from time to time by MGA (collectively the MCA Circulars') (including any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force), SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2075 and such otter applicable laws and regulations, the approval of members of Sadhana Nitro Cham Limited (the Gompany') is being sought for the resolution mentioned in the Postal Ballot notice dated May 24, 2023 by remote-evoting process ('e-voting'). 1. The Company has completed the dispatch of notice of Postal Ballot on Thursday,

	May 25, 2023 to all the members whose name appeared on the register of
	meanvbers List of beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositorias as on Friday,
	May 19, 2023 in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2073 read with rules made thereunder and applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of

The Company has engaged the services of NSDL to provide remote e-voting facility to its Members The e-voting will commence on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 9.00 am and ends on Sunday, June 26, 2023 al 5.00 pm. The 6-voting will not be allowed beyond the aforesaid date and time and the e-voting module shall be disabled by NSOL upon expiry of the aforesaid period.
• 1. The Voting rights of the members shall ba in proportion to their share in the paid-up equity share capital ofthe Company as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday, May 19, 2023. 4 person whois not a shareholder on the relevant date should treat this notice forinformation purposes only.
