This is to inform you that ManekchandPanachand Trading Investment Company Private Limited, had pledged 75,00,000 Equity Shares of Sadhana Nitro Chem Limited in fayour of Northern ARC Capital Limited on March 30, 2021.
Further, Bachhraj and Company Private Limited had released 60,00,000 Equity Shares on March31, 2021 which was collateral to loan availed by the Company from Bachhraj and Company Private Limited which is closed due to repayment of Loan.
Please find enclosed disclosure of creation of Pledge and release of Pledge in the prescribed format as required under Regulation $31(1)$ and $31(2)$ of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
