Notice is hereby given to the public at large that M/s Control Dynamics (Borrower), Mr. Alpeshbhai M Prajapati (Proprietor,
Mortgagor & Guarantor) and Mrs. Kalpanaben Prajapati (Guarantor) availed financial facilities from Indusind Bank Limited
(IBL) and mortgaged secured asset with IBL (more particularly mentioned in Schedule A).
Further, Omkara Assets Reconstruction Private Ltd (OARPL) (acting in its capacity as Trustee of Omkara PS 30/2021-22
Trust) has acquired entire outstanding debts in the account of M/S Control Dynamic vide Assignment Agreement dated
30.09.2021 from IndusInd Bank Ltd (Assignor Bank) along with underlying security from assignor bank.Accordingly, OARPL
has stepped into the shoes of assignor bank and empowered to recover the dues and enforce the security.
The below mentioned secured asset was originally mortgaged to IBL as a security to financial facilities sanctioned and
availed by the Borrower. Pursuant to assignment of Borrower’s debts by IBL in favour of OARPL, acting in its capacity as
Trustee of Omkara PS 30/2021-22 Trust, OARPL has become mortgagee of the said secured asset.
During the course of events, the mentioned documents of the property mortgaged including 1) Registered Sale Deed of
Alpesh M Prajapati dated 20.01.2005 at Sr No. 263 2) Registration Receipt of Sale Deed No.263 3) Index Card of Sale
Deed No.263 were lost/misplaced in transit and in respect of which a complaint has been lodged with the Inspector of Police,
MIDC Police Station, Mumbai on 16.02.2023.
Hence, any person(s) having any claim or otherwise howsoever of whatsoever nature in respect of the above mentioned
documents shall intimate the undersigned writing within Seven Days from the date of this publication, failing which any
objection raised thereafter will not be entertained and shall be considered as waived.Additionally, if at any point in time the
original document is found and produced by any person/s before any authority, the same shall be considered as invalid
unless authorised by Omkara Asset Reconstruction Company in writing.
