With reference to above subject and pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read together with the circulars and notifications issued thereunder ("Listing Regulations") and with reference to the various intimations submitted to Stock Exchanges earlier, we are happy to inform that Company has received INR 4577 million towards 2 11 <l Tranche in connection with the sale of entire equity share capital held by the Company in seven operational road projects to the Indlnfravit Trust. Balance funds are expected to be received soon. In all till now, we have received funds of INR 12910 million and units of Indinfravit Trust worth INR 7243 million.
