This is to inform you that the matter related to non-compliance with the requirements pertaining to composition of Board of Directors under Regulation 17(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and fine imposed by the stock exchanges (National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., and BSE Ltd.) for the same, was placed before the Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 30, 2026.

Board had discussed that the Company shall pay the fines as specified in notice(s) Email from BSE and letters from NSE.

Further, the Board has informed that it is in search of suitable candidate for the post of director of the company to ensure the compliances under the said regulations.
