Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 10 June 2024 that Bryan Joseph, Non-executive Director, purchased 15,209 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 163.52 pence per Ordinary Share on 10 June 2024.

Following the transaction, Mr Joseph confirms that he holds 24,314 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.004 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
