Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 28 July 2021 that Anneka Kingan, Chief Risk Officer and Company Secretary, purchased 1,268 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company respectively on the dates below at an average price of 234.40 pence.

Following the transaction, Ms Kingan holds 9,749 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.004 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
